How to Order from LiveWire Music Store

  • Order Online: Visit us at www.livewiremusicnow.com to order online, seven days a week, 24 hours per day. Just about everything we sell is available online, and you can order with confidence through our secure server. In addition, we invite you to check out our weekly newsletters to keep you informed and help you with buying decisions.
  • For Items You Can’t Find in Our Store: We invite you to visit our Custom Orders page to order just about any music-related item. You will be guided through the process from beginning to end!

  • Mon – Fri: 10:00am – 6:00pm
  • Saturdays: 11:00am – 7:00pm

How to Cancel or Change an Order

We work hard to ensure that the product(s) you order from LiveWire Music are the right fit for your needs and your budget. However, we recognize that on occasion you must cancel or change an order. The first thing to do in these situations is refer to our Cancellation Policy below, then fill out our quick and easy online order change request form located here. We’d be happy to assist!

Order Cancellation Policy

We accept/ process Order Cancellations only under certain circumstances. The following timelines and conditions apply.

  • Within 24 Hours of Placing Any Order: We will accept order cancellations/ changes within the first 24 hours of placing an order whether it is an online purchase, back-order or custom-order. In the case of changing your order, the price difference will be calculated and refunded/ charged accordingly. Refunds will be processed within 3-7 business days1. No additional fees will apply.
  • After 24 hours of Placing an Order (In-Stock Items): If you have purchased an in-stock item via our online store and have decided that you want to cancel or change your order after 24 hours have passed, we will accept/ process your request only if you have not picked up your item(s) already. In the case of changing your order, the price difference will be calculated and refunded/ charged accordingly. Refunds will be processed within 3-7 business days. No additional fees will apply.
  • After Placing a Back-Order/ Custom-Order: If you have placed a back-order/ custom-order and paid the deposit required to start the process, the following timelines and conditions apply from the time of the transaction:
  • Within 48 hours (2 days): We will accept/ process your request if within 48 hours (2 days) of the transaction. In the case of changing your order, the price difference will be calculated and refunded/ charged accordingly. Refunds will be processed within 3-7 business days. No additional fees will apply.
  • Within 3-5 days: If you wish to cancel/ change your order within 3-5 days after the transaction, a 20% service and cancellation fee (of the total cost of your order) will be deducted from your refund. Refunds will be processed within 3-7 business days.
  • After 5 days/ Within 10 days: We are unable to accept or process any order cancellations/ changes after 5 days of the transaction have passed for back-orders/ custom-orders of value exceeding BDS $1,000. For orders of value lower than BDS $1,000 we are unable to guarantee that your order can be cancelled/ changed since it may have already shipped from our off-shore warehouse. In the case that we are able to accept/ process your request, a 30% service and cancellation fee (of the total cost of your order) will be deducted from your refund. Refunds will be processed within 3-7 business days.

Guitar & Drum lessons – Cancellation Policy

For both in-person and online lessons we require you to notify us of cancellation at least 24 hours before the selected date and time. Failure to do so will result in no refund.

Accepted Payment Methods

In-Stock Items: LiveWire Music offers various payment options in addition to cash. We accept all major credit cards such as Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and Diners Club cards. We also offer PayPal, Google Pay and Apple Pay as options.

Additionally, we provide layaway options to customers who wish to put a ‘hold’ on any particular item we have in stock. We do not offer hire purchase, leasing or item-loan options.

Back-Ordered items: LiveWire Music proudly offers LiveWire EZ Partial Payments, where you only pay 50% of the cost for back-order items upfront! The remaining balance would then be due upon collection/ delivery of the item(s). Look for the LiveWire EZ Partial Payments option at checkout and you’ll be on your way… no credit checks or stringent eligibility requirements… just like that… as easy as 1.. 2.. 3!

When will my credit/ debit card be charged?

Online/ In-Store Orders: Orders done/ Items purchased online or in-store for in-stock items are charged to your credit/ debit card immediately at the time of the transaction in BDS (Barbados Dollars). Terms & Conditions apply. ​

Custom-Orders: Since some Custom-Orders require a 50% deposit to begin the process, your card is charged at the time of that transaction in BDS (Barbados Dollars). Once your item(s) have been shipped to our local store and are ready for pick-up, you will need to pay the remaining balance when you come to collect the item(s) via card or cash. ​

Back-Orders: There are some items in our online store that are available for back-order from time to time. This typically means that we do not physically have the items here in store at the time but you can still order and have the item(s) in your hands within 2-4 weeks! Your card is charged at the time of that transaction in BDS (Barbados Dollars) for the downpayment. Please note that we are unable to process in-stock and back-order items in the same order. We ask that you order those items separately to avoid automatic order cancellation.

One important thing to note here is that every order at LiveWire Music is reviewed and attended to in a secure and professional fashion before your credit card is charged to make sure that each and every order receives the attention it deserves.

Plus, with an account, you can view your order history anytime, and set up your preferences for receiving print and electronic communications from LiveWire Music.
