Delivery Policy & Timelines

Delivery Options

We offer delivery to your doorstep for items purchased here on our online store. Here are your options (dependent on order total & delivery location):

  • Free Delivery (Islandwide) – 5 Days: Delivered in up to 5 days regardless of your delivery location.1 For in-stock items only. Look for this option at checkout and put in your order for free delivery today!
  • Standard Delivery – 1-3 Days: Delivered in up to 3 days and is dependent on your delivery location. For in-stock items only. If you’re looking for faster delivery, this is the option to look for at checkout.
  • For Back-Ordered or Custom-Ordered Items, your order will be delivered once we receive from our suppliers which is typically within 2-4 weeks from your order date.
    Quick-Tip: When doing Back-Orders on our online store for delivery, you’ll want to select the option named “FREE Delivery (Back-Orders Only)” as this is our only delivery option for those types of orders.

Additional Information:

  • Delivery Updates: When your order is out for delivery, you will receive an email with an order status update. Once we arrive at the delivery location we will also typically call you at the phone number you provided when you placed your order.
  • Delivery Days are Monday – Friday
  • Latest Delivery Time on any given day is 7:00pm

Pick Up Options

We offer flexible options for our customers to collect their items.

  • Pick Up In Store (In-Stock Items Only): This is for all online store purchases of items in-stock where we offer you the ability to schedule any time within our store opening hours to collect your items. Just look for the option at checkout and you’ll be on you way!
  • For Back-Ordered or Custom-Ordered Items, we offer the option to make arrangements to meet up at a location convenient to you and your sales-person to receive your items.2
    Quick-Tip: When doing Back-Orders on our online store for pickup, look for the option to “Collect In Store Once Ready (Back-Orders Only)” as this is our only pickup option for those types of orders.

Our Pick-Up timelines all conform to our Store Opening Hours.

  • Mon – Fri: 10:00am – 6:00pm
  • Saturdays: 10:00am – 6:00pm
  • Sundays: Closed

Order Status Updates

For orders placed through our online store here, you will be notified when your order is ready for pick-up or out for delivery via email and on your account portal (if you have created an account). To learn how to create an account, click here.

We also offer delivery status updates on purchases made here in our online store. When your order is out for delivery, you will receive an email with an order status update. Once we arrive at the delivery location we will also typically call you at the phone number you provided when you placed your order.

For custom-orders, you may contact us about the status once 10 business days have passed.
