The mic can be powered directly by plug-in power from the camera or recorder. For devices without plug-in power, it can run on a single LR44 battery. An auto power supply circuit seamlessly switches between battery and plug-in power.

Enhance Clarity With Low-Frequency Roll-Off

A built-in low-cut filter provides the option to attenuate bass frequencies below 100Hz by -10dB. This enhances clarity by reducing boominess, wind noise and proximity effect on close vocal recording. The low-cut filter can be engaged using the mic's power switch for optimal results in different recording conditions.
